We here at Analog Vault believe that Music is performed and appreciated by all, no matter the color, race, sex, preferences, or beliefs one may have, and we will not tolerate any behavior by any person in or in the immediate surroundings of the Analog Vault Store that curtails, diminishes, ridicules, or threatens another person(s).

Store Policies:

No shirt, no shoes, and obviously no pants no service, stay home and shop online.
Employees of Analog Vault reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Act like an ass, you will be shown the door, refuse to leave we will introduce you to the Cedar Rapids Police Department.
We have no problem with you looking at the goodies but please remember the old saying "You break it, you buy it" and that includes the kiddos too.
When inspecting vinyl records please inspect 1 record at a time
If you want to listen to a record before purchasing, no problem just ask and we will gladly play it for you, but please understand that we do get very busy here at the store and we might not be able to get to your request immediately so please be patient.

Return and Refund Policy

At Analog Vault we strive to make sure that all of our music media is in playable condition, audio equipment that we sell is in working order. That means an LP has no skips, or warps that make the record unplayable on a turntable, a piece of audio equipment will work when plugged in. It does not mean that an LP will be noise free, will be flat as a carpenters dream piece of wood. But if by chance you do end up buying one of the very few used LP's that we missed during inspection then these are our return policies:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it
the purchased item must be in the same condition as when it left the store
Items can only be returned if unplayable, if you don't like the music or you already have a copy, then sorry that's not our fault
If you believe you have an unplayable LP, just bring it back to the store and we will test the LP on one of the store turntables and if doesn't play we will gladly give you store credit for the return.
With Audio equipment, once again you have 30 days to return a piece of equipment for not working properly, we will fix under warranty, if we can't we will refund you the purchase price of the unit.
